HP’s OfficeJet Pro 9015 all-in-one printer produces high-quality products at a low cost per page. It is of high value for small offices that require light-to-medium copying and print volume requirements.
Hewlett-Packard spent many years to slowly eliminate the defects in the Office Jet product line and update the technology for the modern home or office. The result is the OfficeJet Pro 9015, which is a very advanced printer that works very hard to make the printing, scanning, copying and faxing experience (even if not very pleasant) can be managed reliably. It has a printing speed (B&W) of 22 pages per minute (ppm), automatic duplex scanning (up to 1200 dpi), a 35-page automatic document feeder and a 25-page input tray.
On the printer, the excellent color touch screen allows you to change settings and select tools, and has multiple options to send scan results to e-mail, the cloud, or the device of your choice (with Alexa and Google Assistant compatibility, or through Voice operation) an option). Or, you can use the HP Smart App, which allows you to remotely control the printer and even monitor ink levels. If you want to delve into “smart tasks” in order to optimize the printer for a specific program (such as QuickBooks), that is just the beginning.
Connection options include the main Wi-Fi Direct features, such as Apple AirPrint: if you print via Wi-Fi, you will also get a nice smart Wi-Fi connection that can monitor connection problems and repair itself if possible . Because it is HP, the printer also has a variety of security features, such as encryption and password protection.
Few printers show this quality from top to bottom. However, we will notice that although it is a bit more compact than the previous model, the HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 still takes up a considerable amount of space, so you need to leave some space for it.
The standard connection interfaces of the 9015 are Ethernet, Wi-Fi (connected to a single PC via USB 2.0) and Wi-Fi Direct (peer-to-peer network protocol), which are used to connect mobile devices to the printer without a mobile device or they do not contain Network in the printer. Other mobile connections include Apple AirPrint, Mopria and HP Smart App. The last application, Smart App, provides drivers and standard interfaces for connecting and managing HP printers across multiple platforms (including Android, Windows, macOS, and iOS).
The security of OfficeJet Pro 9015 includes a built-in firewall to control unnecessary traffic, secure Wi-Fi Direct and secure boot with self-healing Wi-Fi. You can also lock and password protect the control panel and embedded Web server. And, like most other commercial printers, the 9015 allows you to encrypt Embedded Web Server data using a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate.
The only reason the OfficeJet Pro 9015 pauses is that it has only one paper input source. Otherwise, 9015 has good printing effect, fast speed and reasonable running cost. If you need stronger paper capacity, the OfficeJet Pro 9025 comes with two 250-sheet trays. However, if your small office does not have high requirements for printing and copying, the OfficeJet Pro 9015 has stable and reliable performance and rich features.
