Worth over 50 million U.S. dollars! Stolen new MacBook Pro design drawings exposed

Appleā€™s foundry Quanta computer was attacked by hackers. The other party stole confidential documents and data including MacBook Pro drawings, and extorted Quanta to pay 50 million US dollars before April 27, otherwise the ransom would continue to double.

Several of the drawings have been published by REvil on the dark web, involving a new generation of MacBook Pro.

The drawings and data show that the new generation of MacBook Pro is indeed equipped with MagSafe magnetic charging port, SD card slot, HDMI interface, 3 Thunderbolt 3, 1 USB-C, etc., and cancels the one above the C-side keyboard. Row of TouchBar touch bars.

In the leaked documents, the product models are J314 and J316, which seem to be the new generation of 14-inch MBP and 16-inch MBP in the rumor. It is not difficult to guess that the new MBP will most likely be equipped with Apple’s self-developed M processor.

According to hackers, if no payment is received before May 1, more confidential documents will be published. Apple responded that it is investigating, Quanta only confirmed that the attack was true and refused to disclose more information.
